Night Screening #2

Synopsis

The film assembles, from the surviving fragments of an unfinished 16mm picture, the story of an artist who lived in exile in Los Angeles. Empty rooms, radio recordings, football matches and scraps of interviews come together into a meditation on Brazil's colonial past, imperialism and military dictatorship — while also being an attempt to save a film that was never originally finished.
